Elias Tekle is the founder and principal of Ghion Tax and Accounting Services Inc. He has 

worked in big and mid-size corporations for over 25 years and for most part of that period 

He obtained his financial designation (DFA) in 2019, Business Services Specialist 

Designation (MFA) from World Class Financial Education in 2020 and completed his Master 

of Science of Accounting with honors degree at University of Strayer Washington DC in 

2005, specializing in controllership. He has extensive experience in various areas of 

accounting and tax in variety of industries such as retail, construction, finance, professional 

services, real estate, health care, food industry, etc. with primary focus on small and 

medium sized businesses.
